- Red onion finely diced
- 250g broad beans blanched and peeled
- 1 whole Pomegranate seeds

- 5 radishes thinly sliced

- hand full of coriander leaves
- Olive oil, sumac spice
Step 2. Prepare the salad. To do this, thinly slice the lettuce into strips, then finely chop the red onion and thinly slice radish. Prepare broad been by blanching for 1minute in boiling water and peeling. Finely chop herbs. Add to large salad bowl.
Step 3. Mix in pitta bread and squeeze lemon and olive oil over salad to taste.Serve in large bamboo salad bowl.
